Summer Street Style

Location: Tariff Street, Northern Quarter, Manchester

During the Summer months, I'm all about wearing bodysuits and little tops especially when I don't need to worry about wearing a jacket. It can be the perfect pairing with some comfy trainers, light trousers or skinny jeans. For me, it's about feeling comfortable, but still putting your own mark on things for a unique sense of style. Spending the weekend in the sunny streets of Manchester meant wearing something casual and contemporary, which still had my own stamp, so I opted for black, white, and a touch of fluffiness...

Bodysuits & Bold Chokers
Pairing a bodysuit with some light, sporty trousers keeps me feeling cool and comfortable on a hot day in the city. I love bodysuits because they can be styled for the daytime like I have pictured above, or paired with leggings or a skirt and some killer heels for a night out. There's loads of body's in the shops right now and I snapped up this one for under £10 from Primark! I've linked below some similar styles. I also love the cold shoulder detail, and if like me your outfit is looking a little too monochrome, you can always add a pop of colour with a bright choker like the red velvet one I'm wearing here.

Pretty In Pom Poms
I'm obsessed with these gorgeous baby pink pom-pom trainers I found in the River Island sale last weekend! I think they add the perfect detail to a plain black and white outfit, and since I love anything pink and fluffy they definitely are an essential for my wardrobe. As always, I've fixed my fluffy pom-pom key ring to my handbag which again adds a fun little detail, and matches my shoes! I've linked these awesome trainers below and a similar fluffy keyring - if you haven't already got one that is!
